የኤክሴል አካዳሚ የ2018 ዓ.ም የትምህርት ዘመን የወላጆች ቀን በሁለት ዙር ተከበረ፤ በመጀመሪያው ዙር ከሁሉም የአካዳሚው ቅርንጫፍ ትምህርት ቤቶች ከአንደኛ እስከ አራተኛ የክፍል ደረጃ ላሉ የተማሪዎች ወላጆች በተገኙበት ሰኔ 28/2018 ዓ.ም የተከበረ ሲሆን በተመሳሳይ የሁለተኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤት እና የሁለቱም ቅርንጫፍ ትምህርት ቤቶች ከአምስተኛ እስከ ስምንተኛ ክፍል ላሉ ተማሪዎች የወላጆች ቀን የተማሪዎች ወላጆች በተገኙበት ሀምሌ 05/2018 ዓ.ም በደማቅ ሁኔታ በአንጋንቱ ወረዳ ወይም በቀድሞው ቀበሌ 14 አዳራሽ ተከብሯል፡፡ 

በየዕለቱ የታደሙ ወላጆች በከፊል፤

በሁለቱም ቀናት የወረዳው የትምህርት ቢሮ ተወካዮች፤ የወላጅ ተማሪ መምህር ህብረት ተወካዮች፤ የአካዳሚው ቦርድ አባላት፤ መምህራን፤ ጥሪ የተደረገላቸው እንግዶች እንዲሁም የተማሪዎች ወላጆች ተገኝተዋል፡፡ 

በዕለቱ በሰኔ 28/2018 ዓ.ም በየደረጃው በሚገኙ ከሁሉም ቅርንጫፍ የተውጣጡ ከአንደኛ እስከ አራተኛ ክፍል ያሉ ተማሪዎች ለታዳሚው የተለያዩ አዝናኝ ዝግጅቶችን ያቀረቡ ሲሆን ዋና ዋናዎቹም ትምህርታዊ ግጥሞች፤ መዝሙሮች፤ ባህላዊ ውዝዋዜዎች፤ መነባንቦች፤ ፋሺን ሾዎች ሲገኙበት በወላጆቻቸው እና በተጋባዥ እንግዶች ከፍተኛ አድናቆት ተለግሷቸዋል፡፡

ከ1ኛ – 4ኛ ክፍል ያሉ ተማሪዎች ካቀረባቸው ዝግጅቶች ጥቂቶቹ፤

በተመሳሳይ በሐምሌ 05/2018 ዓ.ም በየደረጃው በሚገኙ ከሁሉም ቅርንጫፍ የተውጣጡ ከአምስተኛ እስከ አስራ ሁለተኛ ክፍል ያሉ ተማሪዎች ለታዳሚው የተለያዩ አዝናኝ ዝግጅቶችን ያቀረቡ ሲሆን ዋና ዋናዎቹም በሶስቱም ቋንቋዎች ትምህርታዊ ፅሁፎች፤ ግጥሞች፤ መዝሙሮች፤ ባህላዊ ውዝዋዜዎች፤ ስፖርታዊ እንቅስቃሴዎች፤ መነባንቦች ሲገኙበት በተመሳሳይ በወላጆቻቸው እና በተጋባዥ እንግዶች ከፍተኛ አድናቆት እና ሞራል ተለግሷቸዋል፡፡

ከ5ኛ – 12ኛ ክፍል ያሉ ተማሪዎች ካቀረባቸው ዝግጅቶች ጥቂቶቹ፤

በመድረኩም የአካዳሚው የወላጅ ተማሪ መምህር ህብረት ሰብሳቢ ፓስተር ፍቃዱ ንጋቱ በሁለቱም ቀናት እንዲሁም የገንደ ኦዳ ቅርንጫፍ ት/ቤት ርዕሰ መምህር አቶ ልዑል አየለ በሰኔ 28/2018 ዓ.ም በተዘጋጀው የወላጆች ቀን እንዲሁም አቶ ደሳለኝ ታደሰ የአካዳሚው ሁለተኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤት ርዕሰ መምህር በሐምሌ 05/2018 ዓ.ም በተዘጋጀው የወላጆች ቀን በዓመቱ በተከናወኑትን የመማር ማስተማር ሂደት ዙሪያ ከወላጆች ጋር ለሚደረገው ውይይትም ግብአት የሚሆን ሰፋ ያለ ዓመታዊ ሪፖርት አቅርበዋል፤ 

የአካዳሚው ወላጆች ተወካይ ፓስተር ፍቃዱ ንጋቱ ዓመታዊ ሪፖርት ሲያቀርቡ፤ 

የገንደ ኦዳ ቅርንጫፍ ት/ቤት ርዕሰ መምህር አቶ ልዑል አየለ ዓመታዊ ሪፖርት ሲያቀርቡ፤ 

የኤክሴል አካዳሚ 2ኛ ደረጃ ት/ቤት ርዕሰ መምህር አቶ ደሳለኝ ታደሰ ዓመታዊ ሪፖርት ሲያቀርቡ፤ 

በሁለቱም ቀናት በዓመቱ በተከናወነው የመማር ማስተማር ሂደት ዙሪያ የቀረቡትን ሪፖርቶች መሰረት በማድረግ ከተማሪዎቹ ወላጆች ጋር ሰፊ እና ገንቢ ውይይት የተደረገ ሲሆን በውይይቱም ከወላጆች የመማር ማስተማር ሂደቱን ሊያጎልብቱ የሚችሉ ገንቢ ኃሳቦች፤ ሊብራሩ የሚገባቸው ጥያቄዎች እንዲሁም አስተያየቶች የተሰጡ ሲሆኑ ለተነሱት ጥያቄዎች እና ማብራሪያ ለሚያስፈልጋቸው ኃሳቦች መድረኩን የመሩት የአካዳሚው ቦርድ ፀሃፊ አቶ ካሳ ካሩ እና የወላጅ ተማሪ መምህር ህብረት ምክትል ሰብሳቢ አቶ አብዲሳ ቱሳ ምላሽ እና ማብራሪያ በሰኔ 28/2018 ዓ.ም በተከናወነው የወላጆች ቀን ሰጥተዋል፡፡ 

ከ1ኛ – 4ኛ ክፍል ወላጆች ጋር በነበረው ውይይት ከመድረክ ሲመራ፤

በተመሳሳይ በሐምሌ 05/2018 ዓ.ም በተዘጋጀው የወላጆች ቀን ለተነሱት ጥያቄዎች እና ማብራሪያ ለሚያስፈልጋቸው ኃሳቦች መድረኩን የመሩት የአካዳሚው ቦርድ ፀሃፊ አቶ ካሳ ካሩ፤ የወላጅ ተማሪ መምህር ህብረት ሰብሳቢ አቶ ፍቃዱ ንጋቱ እንዲሁም አቶ ደሳለኝ ታደሰ የአካዳሚው ሁለተኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤት ርዕሰ መምህር በጋራ ምላሽ እና ማብራሪያ ሰጥተዋል፤

ከ5ኛ – 12ኛ ክፍል ወላጆች ጋር በነበረው ውይይት ከመድረክ ሲመራ፤

ከወላጆች በመማር ማስተማር ሥራው ዙሪያ የተነሱ ጥያቄዎች፤ ገንቢ ኃሳቦች እና አስተያየቶች ሲሰጡ፤ 

በሁለቱም ቀናት ከየክፍሉ ከአንደኛ እስከ ሶስተኛ ደረጃ በትምህርት አፈፃፀማቸው ላስመዘገቡ ተማሪዎች በተጋባዥ እንግዶች በአካዳሚው የተዘጋጀላቸውን የምስክር ወረቀትና ሽልማት በየትምህርት ቤቶቹ ርዕሳነ መምህራን አቅራቢነት እንዲወስዱ ተደርጓል፡፡ 

በተጋባዥ እንግዶች ከ1ኛ – 4ኛ ክፍል በትምህርታቸው ብልጫ ላመጡ ተማሪዎች የማበረታቻ ሽልማት አሰጣጥ፤

በተጋባዥ እንግዶች ከ5ኛ – 12ኛ ክፍል በትምህርታቸው ብልጫ ላመጡ ተማሪዎች የማበረታቻ ሽልማት ሲሰጥ፤

ከዚህም በተጨማሪ በአካዳሚው ሁለተኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤት አማካይ ውጤታቸው ዘጠና (90) እና ከዘጠና በላይ ላስመዘገቡ 31 ኮኮብ እና ድንቅ ተማሪዎች የዕውቅና የምስክር አሰጣጥ መርሀ-ግብር ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ በወላጆች ቀን የተከናወነ ሲሆን በዚህ ከፍተኛ ውጤት 10 የዘጠነኛ ክፍል ተማሪዎች፤ 11 የአስረኛ ክፍል ተማሪዎች፤ 8 የአስራ አንደኛ ክፍል ተማሪዎች እና 2 የአስራ ሁለተኛ ክፍል ተማሪዎች ከወላጅ ተማሪ መምህር ህብረት ሰብሳቢ ፓስተር ፍቃዱ ንጋቱ እጅ የዕውቅና የምስክር ወረቀታቸውን ተቀብለዋል፡፡ 

ዘጠና እና ከዘጠና በላይ አማካይ ውጤት ላስመዘገቡ ተማሪዎች የዕውቅና የምስክር አሰጣጥ፤

ከዚህም በተጨማሪ ተማሪ ዮሃንስ ዘሪሁን ታደሰ ከ11ሲ አማካይ ውጤት 97.86 በማስመዝገብ ከአጠቃላይ ትምህርት ቤቱ የኮኮቦች ኮኮብ በመሆን በእናቱ አማካኝነት የዓመቱን ዋንጫ የተቀበለ ሲሆን ሴቶች ተማሪዎችን ለማበረታታት የተዘጋጀውን ዋንጫ ደግሞ ተማሪ ህሊና በጋሻው ደጀኔ ከ9ኤ አማካይ ውጤት 97.29 በማስመዝገብ ከሴቶች መደብ የኮኮቦች ኮኮብ በመሆና የተዘጋጀላትን ዋንጫ ተቀብላለች፡፡ 

ተማሪ ዮሃንስ ዘሪሁን የኮኮቦች ኮኮብ በመሆን በእናቱ አማካኝነት የዓመቱን ዋንጫ ሲቀበሉ፤

ተማሪ ህሊና በጋሻው ደጀኔ ከሴቶች መደብ የኮኮቦች ኮኮብ በመሆን የተዘጋጀላትን ዋንጫ ስትቀበል፤

በጨረሻም ሁለቱም ቀናት የአካዳሚውን ልዩ ሽልማት ማለትም የአንደኞች አንደኛ የ2019 ዓ.ም የትምህርት ዘመን የመጀመሪያ ሴሚስተር የነፃ የትምህርት ዕድል አሸናፊዎች የማረጋገጫ የምስክር ወረቀት በኤክሴል አካዳሚ የትምህርት እና ጠቅላላ ንግድ ኃላፊነቱ የተወሰነ የግል ማህበር ሥራ አስኪያጅ በዶ/ር ቴዎድሮስ ይርጋሸዋ እጅ ተቀብለው እና አጭር መልዕክት አስተላልፈው ከቀኑ 6፡30 መርሀ-ግብሩ ተጠናቋል፡፡

ከ5ኛ – 11ኛ ክፍል ላሉ የተሠጠው የነፃ ትምህርት ዕድል አሸናፊ ተማሪዎች የማበረታቻ ሽልማት ሲቀበሉ፤ 

Excel Academy Celebrates 2018 E.C. Parents’ Day in Grand Style

Adama, Ethiopia – Excel Academy successfully celebrated its 2026/26 Parents’ Day in two phases, bringing together parents, education officials, board members, teachers, invited guests, and students to recognize academic excellence, strengthen school-parent partnerships, and showcase students’ talents.

The first Parents’ Day program was held on July 05, 2026 for parents of students from Grades 1 to 4 across all Academy branches. The second celebration took place on July 12, 2026 for parents of students from Grades 5 to 12, including those from the Academy’s Secondary School and all branch schools. Both events were held at the Angantu Woreda (formerly Kebele 14) Hall in Adama.

Representatives from the Woreda Education Office, members of the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), Academy Board members, teachers, invited guests, and hundreds of parents attended the celebrations.

The events featured colorful educational and cultural performances prepared by students. Grade 1–4 students presented educational poems, songs, traditional dances, recitations, and fashion shows, while students from Grades 5–12 performed educational presentations in Amharic, Afan Oromo, and English, along with poems, songs, traditional dances, and dramatic recitations. The performances were warmly applauded by parents and guests.

A major highlight of the celebrations was the presentation of the Academy’s annual educational report. Pastor Fikadu Negatu, Chairman of the Parent-Student-Teacher Association, delivered the PTA’s annual report during both events. Mr. Leul Ayele, Principal of Gende Oda Branch School, presented the academic report during the Grades 1–4 Parents’ Day, while Mr. Desalegn Tadesse, Principal of Excel Academy Secondary School, presented the report for the Grades 5–12 Parents’ Day. The reports reviewed the Academy’s teaching and learning achievements during the academic year and outlined future plans for continuous improvement.

Following the presentations, extensive and constructive discussions were held with parents regarding students’ academic performance and the overall teaching-learning process. Parents actively participated by raising questions, sharing constructive suggestions, and providing valuable feedback aimed at further improving educational quality. Questions and comments were addressed by Academy Board Secretary Mr. Kassa Karu, PTA Chairman Pastor Fikadu Negatu, PTA Vice Chairman Mr. Abdissa Tusa, and Secondary School Principal Mr. Desalegn Tadesse.

The Academy also recognized outstanding academic achievement by awarding certificates and prizes to students who ranked first, second, and third in every class across all branches. The awards were presented by invited guests through the principals of the respective schools.

For the first time in the Academy’s history, a special Recognition Certificate Ceremony was organized for secondary school students who achieved an annual average score of 90 percent and above. A total of 31 outstanding students received certificates of recognition, including 10 Grade 9 students, 11 Grade 10 students, 8 Grade 11 students, and 2 Grade 12 students. The certificates were presented by PTA Chairman Pastor Fikadu Negatu.

Awarding Certificates of Excellence to Students Achieving an Average of 90% and Above

Among the highest achievers, Yohannes Zerihun Tadesse of Grade 11C emerged as the Academy’s overall “Star of Stars” after achieving an outstanding 97.86 percent annual average. His championship trophy was received by his mother during the ceremony. In recognition of outstanding female academic achievement, Hilina Begashaw Dejene of Grade 9A, who achieved an annual average of 97.29 percent, received the Top Female Star Student Trophy.

Another highlight of the celebration was the presentation of the Academy’s prestigious One-Semester Free Scholarship Awards, which were granted to the top-ranking students. Scholarship certificates were presented by Dr. Tewodros Yirgashaw, General Manager of Excel Academy Education and General Business PLC. In his closing remarks, Dr. Tewodros congratulated the award winners, encouraged all students to strive for excellence, and reaffirmed the Academy’s commitment to providing quality education.

The Parents’ Day celebrations concluded successfully at 6:30 local time. on both occasions, leaving parents, students, and invited guests with a renewed sense of partnership and shared responsibility for educational excellence.

The successful organization of the 2018 E.C. Parents’ Day once again demonstrated Excel Academy’s unwavering commitment to academic excellence, student recognition, strong parent-school collaboration, and the holistic development of its learners, in line with its motto, “Determined to Excel.”
