የመምህራን አጠቃላይ ጉባኤ ተከናወነ፤

2019 ዓ.ም የትምህርት ዘመን መጀመርን አስመልክቶ የስድስቱም የኤክሴል አካዳሚ ቅርንጫፍ ትምህርት ቤቶች መምህራን እና ርዕሳነ መምህራን በተገኙበት አጠቃላይ የመምህራት ጉባኤ በቢፍቱ ቅርንጫፍ ትምህርት ቤት መሰብሰቢያ አዳራሽ መስከረም 07/2019 ዓ.ም ለግማሽ ቀን ተከናወነ፡፡

ስብሰባውን በአጭር ንግግር የከፈቱት አቶ ወርቅነህ ሸዋንግዛው የአካዳሚው የትምህርት ክፍል ኃላፊ ሲሆኑ በመክፍቻቸው ስነ-ስርዓትም ላይ በባለፈው ዓመት ለተመዘገበው አመርቂ የትምህርት ውጤት መምህራንን መላውን የኤክሴል አካዳሚ ከልብ የመነጨ ምስጋና በማቅረብ ነው፡፡ በመቀጠልም ወደ ኤክሴል አካዳሚ በዚህ የትምህርት ዘመን የተቀላቀሉ አዳዲስ መምህራንን የማስተዋወቅ መርሀ-ግብር በየቅርንጫፍ ትምህርት ቤቶቹ ርዕሳነ-መምህራን አቅራቢነት ተከናውናል፡፡

በመቀጠልም የየቅርንጫፍ ትምህርት ቤቶቹ ርዕሳነ መምህራን የባለፈውን ዓመት የየትምህርት ቤታቸውን የመማር ማስተማር ሂደት የዳሰሰ ዓመታዊ ሪፖርት አቅርዋል፡፡ በመቀጠልም የቀረቡ ሪፖርቶችን መሰረት በማድረግ እንዲሁም ተጨማሪ ከመምህራን የተነሱ አስተያየቶች እና ጥያቄዎችን ባካተተ ሰፊ ውይይት ተከናውናል፡፡

በመጨረሻም የአካዳሚው ቦርድ ፀሀፊ አቶ ካሳ ካሩ የማጠቃለያ አስተያየት እና የሥራ አቅጣጫ በማስቀመጥ መጪው የትምህርት ዘመን የስኬት እንዲሆን በመመኘት ጉባኤ ከቀኑ 7:00 ላይ ተጠናቋል፡፡

Excel Academy Holds General Teachers’ Assembly

A General Teachers’ Assembly was held to mark the beginning of the 2019 E.C. academic year, bringing together teachers and principals from all six Excel Academy branch schools.

The half-day assembly took place on September 17, 2026, in the conference hall of Excel Academy’s Biftu Branch School.

The meeting was officially opened with a brief speech by Ato Workneh Shewangizaw, Head of the Academy’s Education Department. In his opening remarks, he expressed his heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to all Excel Academy teachers for their contribution to the outstanding academic achievements recorded during the previous academic year.

Following the opening remarks, a program was conducted to introduce the new teachers who had joined Excel Academy for the 2026/27 academic year. The introductions were facilitated by the principals of the respective branch schools.

Subsequently, the principals of the branch schools presented annual reports highlighting the teaching and learning processes, achievements, and activities of their respective schools during the previous academic year.

The reports were followed by an extensive discussion, during which teachers shared additional comments, raised questions, and exchanged ideas on matters related to teaching and learning, based on the reports presented.

Finally, Ato Kassa Karu, Secretary of the Academy’s Board, delivered concluding remarks and outlined key directions for future activities. He expressed his best wishes for a successful and productive academic year ahead.

The assembly concluded at 7:00 local time.
