በኤክሴል አካዳሚ ለገንደ ኦዳ እና ለቢፍቱ ቅርንጫፍ የቅድመ መደበኛ ትምህርት መምህራን ሲሰጥ የነበረው የአርት ፉል መምህር ስልጠና ተጠናቋል፡፡
ስልጠናውን በኤክሴል ቢፍቱ ቅርንጫፍ መሰብሰቢያ አዳራሽ ከነሀሴ 26 – 27/2018 ዓ.ም ለሁለት ተከታታይ ቀናት የተሰጠ ሲሆን በአጠቃላይ 35 የቅድመ መደበኛ መምህራን ተሳትፈው በአግባቡ አጠናቀዋል፡፡ በስልጠናው የየቅርንጫፍ ትምህርት ቤቶች አስተባባሪዎች ጨምሮ ከገንደ ኦዳ ቅርንጫፍ 18 የቅድመ መደበኛ መምህራን እንዲሁም ከቢፍቱ ቅርንጫፍ 17 የቅድመ መደበኛ መምህራን መሳተፋቸውን የአካዳሚው የትምህርት ክፍል ኃላፊ አቶ ወርቅነህ ሸዋንግዛው ገልፀዋል፡፡
የስልጠናው ተካፋዮች በከፊል
ስልጠናውን የሰጡት በዘርፉ ከፍተኛ ልምድና ተሞክሮ ያካበቱት ከዚህም በፊትም በተለያዩ ጊዚያት መሰል ስልጠናዎችን ለአካዳሚው መምህራን ሲሰጡ የነበሩት አቶ ኪዳኔ በትረ ሲሆኑ ስልጠናውን አስመልክተው በሰጡት አስተያየት ስልጠናው መምህራኑ በቅድመ መደበኛ ትምህርት የመማር ማስተማር ሥራቸው ላይ አሁን ያላቸውን አቅም፤ ችሎታ እና ክህሎት በመገንባት የመማር ማስተማር ሂደቱን ጥራት ከማስጠበቅ አኳያ የሚኖረው አስተዋፅዖ ከፍተኛ እንደሚሆን ገልፀዋል፡፡

ለሌሎች በተለያየ ደረጃ ለሚገኙ መምህራን መሰል የክህሎት ማበልፀጊያ ስልጠና እንዲያገኙ ማድረግ ችሎታቸውን እና ብቃታቸውን ከማሳደጉም በላይ ለአካዳሚው የመማር ማስተማር ሂደት ጥራትን ከማስጠበቅ አኳያ እና ተወዳዳሪነት ጉልህ አስተዋፅኦ እንደሚያደርግ ይታመናል።
ለሰልጣኝ መምህራን የስልጠና ማጠናቀቂያ የምስክር ወረቀት ሲሰጥ፤
በስልጠናው ማጠናቀቂያ ወቅት ሰልጣኝ መምህራኑ በስልጠናው ያገኙትን ተጨማሪ ዕውቀትና ክህሎት ወደ ተግባር በመቀየር እንደሚጠቀሙበት እና የመማር ማስተማር ሂደቱን አንድ እርምጃ ከፍ እንደሚያደርጉት የገለፁ ሲሆን የአካዳሚው የትምህርት ክፍሉ ኃላፊም ተመሳሳይ መሰል ስልጠናዎች ወደፊት እንደሚሰጡ መምህራኑም ለስልጠና ትኩረት ሰጥተው በአግባቡ መከታተል እንደሚገባ በመጨረሻም የስልጠናው ውጤት በየቅርንጫፍ ትምህርት ቤቶቹ ምን ለውጥ እንዳመጣ ወደፊት በመሚለከታቸው የሥራ መሪዎች እና በሱፐርቪዥን ቡድኑ እንደሚገመገም በመግለፅ መጪው የትምህርት ዘመን የስኬት እንዲሆን በመመኘት የስልጠናው መርሀ-ግብር ተጠናቋል፡፡

Capacity-Building Training for Preschool Teachers Concludes
The capacity-building training provided to preschool teachers at Excel Academy has successfully concluded.
The training, which focused on “The Artful Teacher” Training, was organized for preschool teachers from the Gende Oda and Biftu Branches of Excel Academy. It was conducted for two consecutive days, from September 01–02, 2026, at the Excel Biftu Branch Assembly Hall.
A total of 35 preschool teachers successfully participated in and completed the training. According to Mr. Workineh Shewangizaw, Head of the Academy’s Education Department, the participants included 18 preschool teachers from the Gende Oda Branch and 17 preschool teachers from the Biftu Branch, along with the coordinators of the respective branch schools.
The training was designed to strengthen teachers’ professional capacity and enhance their knowledge and skills in providing quality preschool education.

The training was delivered by Mr. Kidane Betre, a highly experienced professional in the field who has previously provided similar training programs to teachers at Excel Academy on various occasions.
Commenting on the training, Mr. Kidane stated that the program would make a significant contribution to improving the quality of the teaching and learning process in preschool education. He explained that the training would help teachers further develop their existing capacity, knowledge, skills, and competencies, enabling them to more effectively carry out their teaching responsibilities and provide quality preschool education.
Providing similar skills-development and capacity-building training opportunities to teachers at different levels is expected not only to enhance their knowledge, skills, and professional competencies but also to make a significant contribution to maintaining the quality of the teaching and learning process and strengthening the Academy’s competitiveness.

Presentation of Certificates of Completion to the Trainee Teachers
At the conclusion of the training, the trainee teachers expressed their commitment to putting the additional knowledge and skills they had acquired into practice and using them to further improve the teaching and learning process.
The Head of the Academy’s Education Department Mr. Workineh Shewangizaw also stated that similar training programs would be provided in the future and encouraged teachers to give due attention to professional training and participate actively in such programs.
